How we handle your information.
Exactly what this website collects, where it goes, and how long we keep it. Written plainly, because a page about transparency should be readable.
What this website collects
- —The enquiry form asks for your name, company, email address, the product you want, volume, destination country, Incoterm and your message. Nothing else, and only what you type.
- —Your enquiry is delivered to us through Formspree, a form-delivery service, and arrives in our business inbox. If that service is unavailable, the form falls back to opening a pre-filled email in your own mail client instead, so an enquiry is never silently lost.
- —We use analytics to count page views and see which countries visitors come from. It runs with all storage permissions denied and IP addresses anonymised, so no cookies are set by it and you are not tracked between visits. That is also why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner.
What we do with it
- —We use your details to reply to you, send the lab report and sample, prepare a quote, and handle the order if you place one.
- —We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing to people who only asked for a quote.
- —We keep your enquiry for as long as we are in contact about it and while we are required to retain export and tax records, and no longer than we need to.
Your information, your call
- —Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it or delete it and we will, unless we are legally required to keep an export record.
- —Write to us at the address below for any of the above. You do not need a form or a reference number.
Terms of trade
- —Minimum order, price, payment terms, Incoterm and lead time are confirmed in writing in your quote before any order is placed. Nothing is binding until that is agreed in writing.
- —Specifications are confirmed against the Certificate of Analysis issued for your lot. If a batch does not meet the agreed specification, it does not ship.
