Why full payment on a trial order?
Because it's small. A hundred kilos isn't worth setting up a letter of credit for, and skipping it saves us both a week. That's also why our minimum is 100 kg: it makes the first order cheap enough to be safe.
What we will not accept
We do not accept Western Union, MoneyGram, personal bank accounts or cryptocurrency. Those four are the signature of export fraud. We refuse them in writing, so you never have to wonder about us.
The details
If you have not imported from India before, ask for CIF. We get the goods to your port, insured, and your customs broker handles it from there, which is the part they do best. If you already have a freight forwarder in India, ask for EXW or FOB. We do not offer DDP, and you should be careful with anyone who does: DDP means the supplier promises to clear your customs and pay your duties, something they cannot see and cannot control. It sounds generous, and it frequently breaks at the border.
